The apartment is in a quiet complex with easy on/off access to Rt 15 and minutes from I-91. Very close to all food/retail located on Rt 5 in Wallingford. Property includes swimming pool, gym and tennis courts. Property has plenty of parking in private lot. Apartment is electric heat but it is cheap since Wallingford Electric is the provider (roughly $120/month). Apartment allows Cats but no Dogs.
